POLICIES ON RETURNS
We do not accept returns for any of our products after they are purchased and paid for, any issue detected on a product must be addressed before purchase. In the Event the products are being picked up by a third-party, we will ensure the order requested is confirmed Okay by the person picking up the order.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange a product which is intended to be replaced with another product. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaged form. REFUNDS (if applicable)
A refund only occurs when the product that is being exchanged is more in value than what it is being replaced with, in this case, the clients gets the value of the difference. However,when the product that is being exchanged is less in value than what it is being replaced with, the client would make up for the difference in value.It should be noted that a client cannot claim an exchange after three days of purchase and an exchange can only be made in the branch of purchase.
To exchange a product via courier or a third-party, it must be in the exact branch of initial purchase and this can only be done within three days from the date of purchase.
Clients will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for exchanging a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an exchange made, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and in some cases, clients may have to pay more for an exchange that will be shipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over #10,000 you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
